In this beautiful place, Chef Del Toro drew inspiration for his menu from a culinary journey based on his gastronomic experiences. Surrounded by a lively atmosphere and live music, characteristic of Plazuela Machado, with friendly and amiable service, the kitchen is ready to please any visitor. With her concept NAO Kitchen, Chef Andrea Lizárraga from Mazatlán has positioned her restaurant among the top 250 restaurants in Mexico. In almost five years, this young chef has managed to capture the taste of both locals and tourists, especially foreigners, with a variety of dishes that fuse Asian flavors with regional accents. The restaurant is located in the Historic Center.

Michelle Acosta is the young chef at Observatorio 1873. Despite her young age, she has surprised many with the combination of flavors and nuances in her dishes, which perfectly complement the ambiance and atmosphere of this magical place.
