Mazatl Art is the Urban Art gallery promoted by the Mazatlán Historic Downtown Council, located on the wall that protects the Fiscal Zone of the Port (Emilio Barragan Avenue and Miguel Alemán Avenue) with the purpose of promoting the dissemination and recognition of cultural and artistic expressions through urban art mural interventions. Additionally, it aims to beautify Mazatlán and raise awareness within society about art. The artists who are expressing their concepts and ideas include Laura Graef, Marysol Galván, Laura Elena Dominguez, Manuel Carlock, Doctor Fels, Daniel Larios, and Álex Ramírez.
